Parents take a moment to read:

“How does your child learn?” an article by Thomas R. Hoerr, Ph.D. found at the website http://family.msn under the category ‘Raising Kids’.  Dr. Hoerr discusses ‘multiple inteligencies’-children’s learning styles.  He stresses the importance of respecting a child’s individual intelligence and learning style while offering your child a variety of ways to learn.  This is a very interesting and informative article for parents as they continue to help their child “approach the world on his own terms” as Dr. Hoerr states.

www.msn.family also has a ‘Crafts and Activities’ section with some great holiday craft projects and activities for parents to share with their child.
